From 6 to 9 July, three Form 4 students joined an inspiring study tour to Nanjing organized by Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. The intensive schedule beautifully balanced academic lectures with practical experiences. They learned about acupuncture, crafted traditional herbal sachets, and practiced health cultivation exercises. Furthermore, visiting a regional hospital, the Jiangsu Provincial Museum of Chinese Medicine, and the Confucius Temple perfectly bridged ancient history with modern clinical practice. Ultimately, this highly rewarding summer tour significantly expanded their academic horizons, strengthened their bonds with students from other schools, and successfully sparked a lasting personal interest in the timeless benefits of holistic medical wellness.
