The talk, organized by the school Moral and Civic Education Team and the Chinese Permanent Cemetery Management Committee on 26th September 2025, aimed to engage our students in understanding positive psychology and filial piety. Dr Joanne, Chan Chung Yan, a renowned psychologist and writer, shared practical strategies for managing stress, improving sleep, and building positive family relationships. She also highlighted the importance of filial piety through inspiring stories. The event encouraged students to apply these insights in their daily lives, promoting well-being and deeper connections with family and friends.
