Embarks on Spiritual Pilgrimage for Teacher Development Day
In anticipation of the Jubilee Year 2025, St. Antonius Girls' College embarked on a profound spiritual journey with their "Pilgrims of Hope: Yim Tin Tsai Island Pilgrimage" teacher development day on March 4th. This pilgrimage sought to enrich teachers' professional growth and spiritual formation through contemplative reflection and communal solidarity within the Catholic faith.

The pilgrimage was led by school manager Fr. Reynolds, who shared the profound meaning of being a "Pilgrim of Hope." He emphasized that the journey is a spiritual exploration, encouraging teachers to instill faith and hope in their students. Principal Chan Tsz-leung of the Salt and Light Preservation Centre illuminated the historical and sacramental importance of the Yim Tin Tsai Catholic village, grounding the teachers in the rich heritage of their faith.

Teachers then embarked on a scenic island pilgrimage, fostering collaboration and exchanging teaching experiences. Principal Chu shared her reflections on the "Labyrinth," hoping teachers would feel divinely guided and find inner peace. The event concluded with teachers expressing a renewed commitment to spiritual education and a deeper understanding of their educational mission.
