On March 15, STEAM and BAFS students participated in the University of Hong Kong’s Alumni Day, where they showcased creativity and entrepreneurial spirit by managing a hydroponic vegetable stall. This hands-on experience allowed students to apply classroom knowledge in real-world scenarios, refining their business management, teamwork, and marketing strategies. By interacting with alumni and visitors, they gained valuable insights into sustainable agriculture and customer engagement.
