In order to strengthen the leadership power, organizational and team building skills of our student leaders, 81 F.4 students participated in the 5 day joint school student leadership program organized by Outward Bound Hong Kong. The whole adventure is often described as a journey, both physical and metaphorical, for our students to gain new insights and experiences working with others. Different challenges such as problem solving activities, sea kayaking, hiking, jumping off the pier and climbing rocks, etc. were carefully designed to achieve those purposes.

All leaders gained very tough but valuable experiences which are useful to their future leadership roles at school. The students can then step out from their comfort zone and make changes in their life that can lead to real personal growth.
