Parent Workshop: 「青春期溝通密碼:善意溝通的力量」
Adolescents often encounter various pressures in school and the environments they grow up in, yet they may struggle to express or manage their emotions. Parents, in turn, can feel uncertain about how to respond to their children’s emotional reactions. To support families, our school invited an educational psychologist to lead a parent workshop on 14th December, 2025. This workshop was designed to help parents recognize common sources of stress and emotional expressions in teenagers, understand the core principles and practical steps of “kind communication,” and learn effective ways to address negative emotions during parent-child interactions. Through practical examples, parents were able to understand how to foster empathy, build trust, and strengthen their relationships with their children. By practising kind communication, parents can also create a more supportive environment where teenagers feel understood and valued, providing a way forward for healthier relationships and emotional growth.
