To encourage students to expand their extracurricular knowledge and foster peer interactions, our school’s student support team organized a pastry workshop for students in the Happy Classroom programme on March 14th, the last day of the second-term examinations.

The students enjoyed a delightful morning baking their unique “Pudding Tart with Shiba Inu Cookies”. From mixing ingredients to decorating, their effort and creativity were evident in every photo captured. As the tempting aroma of freshly baked tarts filled the air, students embraced their roles as aspiring pastry chefs, pouring their hearts into each creation. The workshop not only provided a fun and engaging way to celebrate the end of exams but also enriched their hands-on baking experiences. As they left with their delicious masterpieces, students were already looking forward to the next workshop. We can’t wait to see what kind of masterpieces they will create next!
