Guide Dog Seminar
On 1st March, 2024, a volunteer speaker and a guide dog user from Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association were invited to give a talk to our students. They shared about guide dog-related knowledge, like the training stages of a guide dog and the services of a guide dog. Moreover, the guide dog user was invited to share his life, and tips to get along with people with visual impairment.
The whole campus was filled with joy and excitement. We hope to raise public awareness of not only guide dogs in Hong Kong, but also to promote an inclusive society for the disabled community, through interactions in the seminars.
