Two of our F.4A students, Tsang Po Yi and Tsang Wing Sum, had the incredible opportunity to participate in a sharing and workshop with Siobhán Bernadette Haughey, led by the JYC Girls Impact Foundation (JYCGIF).

The event, themed "Diving into Life’s Challenges with Grace and Grit," was held on the Double Ninth Festival at the M+ Learning Hub. Siobhán shared her belief: "embrace imperfection and be unique," which inspired the girls to achieve excellence through passion and more.

During the first session, Siobhán shared her remarkable journey, highlighting the importance of resilience and determination in overcoming obstacles, such as studying calculus. Both students engaged actively, asking insightful questions about seeking help from others, and learning valuable strategies to tackle life's challenges, such as breathing practice.

The second part of the workshop not only provided practical tools for personal growth but also taught the girls to use SMART goals and AI-powered bots to discover themselves. Afterward, Po Yi and Wing Sum continued to discuss with Siobhán to embrace this enriching experience.

As a token of appreciation, our swimming team prepared thank you cards and keychains to present to Siobhán following her sharing. We look forward to seeing the impact Siobhán has had on our girls as they continue their journey of growth and self-discovery.
