YMCA YM Volunteer Awards Presentation Ceremony
On October 26th, the SAGC Voluntary Team attended the YMCA YM Volunteer Awards Presentation Ceremony organized by the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong. The event aimed to encourage schools to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through volunteerism, with a requirement of completing at least 100 hours of school-wide service.
We are proud to announce that our school delivered an exceptional performance in the 2024-2025 academic year, far exceeding the service requirement by contributing over 6,000 hours of school-wide service. As a result, our school received both the Award for the Highest Number of Volunteer Service Hours and the Award for Active Participation in School.
Through these volunteering experiences, our students have not only broadened their horizons but also developed their strengths and built greater self-confidence.
