On February 7, our school visited Caritas Elderly Centre - Ngau Tau Kok, providing care for the elderly by organizing recreational activities. Students enriched their life experience and fostered their caring spirit, while promoting a sense of worthiness among the elders and enhancing their physical and mental well-being. Students made best use of their talents and skills to contribute to the elderly community.

During this visit to an elderly centre, I deeply realized the loneliness and desire for communication among the elderly. They shared stories about their life experiences at the event, which gave me new ideas about life. This activity not only made me understand the importance of companionship, but also inspired my passion for social service. I hope to have more opportunities to participate in such activities in the future.
